Points are deducted based on issue severity: Critical issues (broken checkout flows, 500 errors, infinite loops) deduct 15 points; High issues (internal 404 links, active mixed content scripts) deduct 8 points; Medium issues (redirect chains over 3 hops, passive mixed content) deduct 4 points; and Low issues deduct 1 point.
